More about product
Leon’s “Diagonal, Magnificent, Unique Celtic Tree of Life” is a stunning copper tile that embodies the essence of Celtic tradition and the universal symbol of the Tree of Life. This piece is set diagonally, a creative twist that adds a dynamic element to the classic design. The tile showcases the intricate interlacing of Celtic knotwork, forming the roots and branches of the tree, which represent the connection between earth and the heavens, the cycle of life, and the link between every living being.
Each knot and swirl is carefully etched into the copper, creating a rich texture that plays with light and shadow, lending the artwork a life of its own. The copper’s natural patina enhances the depth of the design, evoking the ancient origins of the Celtic motifs and the age-old wisdom the tree symbolizes.
This artwork is not just a protective backsplash for a cooking space; it’s a focal point that transforms the kitchen into a place of beauty and contemplation. It’s a conversation starter, an heirloom in the making, and a daily reminder of the interconnectedness of life and the enduring strength of nature.
For those who value both history and artistry, Leon’s “Diagonal, Magnificent, Unique Celtic Tree of Life” is an exquisite choice. To add this timeless elegance to your home, explore the selection at Copper and Craft.

How to install
Ready to mount in 3 easy ways
How to install copper tiles for backsplash
Some set of copper tiles from our store need special procedure of installation.
My durable products are 0,2 Inches thick (0.6 mm) and very easy to install – just like regular tiles, using about 0,18″ (3 mm) grout.
Maintenance
Moreover, the maintenance is not a problem. Use 1/2 cup of liquid dishwashing detergent and 2 cups of warm water or mild soap solution. Use a soft cloth or rag, not an abrasive sponge, nor a pad. When cleaning the tile’s surface, wipe it gently, then rinse the cloth or rag with warm water. Wipe the tile’s surface until you make sure that any soap or dishwashing detergent residue is removed. Then dry the surface with a soft cloth or a rag.

Through hard work combined with my passion for design and art, I have created an own, unique style, which is an astonishing meld of Celtic, Rustic and Art Deco. I offer one-off, handmade wall tiles that feature a spectrum of shapes and sizes. Those pieces of art are extremely nuts-and-bolts and can be applied absolutely everywhere – in the bathroom, kitchen, living room or even in the garden. The tiles can also give an artistic expression to an office. The passage of time only makes my art pieces look more sophisticated. I adjust our projects to customers’ taste and needs, also by making personalized pieces. With many years of experience (and also lots of experimenting!) with copper, I can say that the only limit is my own imagination!
