International Shipping

Shipping Guide

Copper&Craft will gladly pay for free shipping for every order. Every item shipped out of our forge is fully insured by UPS. Delivery time range depends from destination of the delivery. All items are shipped insured. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our forge.

Insurance

Copper&Craft provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out.
Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact us to initiate a tracer within x business days of the item shipping from our forge. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Copper&Craft, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact us to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Copper&Craft within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. Please contact us within x days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

Online Payment

International orders can be processed online and paid with PayPal, MasterdCard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Direct bank transfer.
International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Verification

All online international orders are verified through the copperandcraft.com payment system to accommodate our international cardholders. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by us. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. If your order is not approved, you will be notified of your canceled order status via email.

Wire Transfer Payment

In addition to credit card payments, copperandcraft.com also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending copperandcraft.com an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). Copperandcraft.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system and an order total is confirmed.

Duty and Shipping

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
