Birds – Handmade Copper Tiles
SET OF 13 COPPER TILES
Total size: 15,75” x 15,75” ( 40cm x 40cm)
The main tile shows birds which are a popular theme in art for many reasons – they image freedom, independence, courage to explore the world and living in peace with nature. It is surrounded with 12 plain copper tiles, size of each of them is 3.93″ x 3.93″ (10cm x 10cm).
Installation and maintenance
My durable products are 0,2″ thick (0,6 mm) and very easy to install – just like regular tiles, using about 0,18″ (3 mm) grout. Moreover, the maintenance is not a problem. Use 1/2 cup of liquid dishwashing detergent and 2 cups of warm water or mild soap solution. Use a soft cloth or rag, not an abrasive sponge, nor a pad. When cleaning the tile’s surface, wipe it gently then rinse the cloth or rag with warm water. Wipe the tile’s surface until you make sure that any soap or dishwashing detergent residue is removed. Then dry the surface with a soft cloth or a rag.
A few words about me
Copper&Art is an artistic forge with a creative spirit. Through hard work combined with my passion for design and art, I have created own, unique style, which is an astonishing meld of Celtic, Rustic and Art Deco. I offer one-off, handmade wall tiles that feature a spectrum of shapes and sizes. Those pieces of art are extremely nuts-and-bolts and can be applied absolutely everywhere – in the bathroom, kitchen, living room or even in the garden. The tiles can also give an artistic expression to an office. The passage of time only makes my art pieces look more sophisticated. I adjust our projects to customers’ taste and needs, also by making personalized pieces. With many years of experience (and also lots of experimenting!) with copper, I can say that the only limit is my own imagination!
Ian Brisston –
The copper tile is just beautiful, can’t wait to have it put on the wall. The artist was very easy to work with and answered all questions -delivery was quick considering it came from Poland.
