More about product
For centuries, the ‘Fleur De Lis’, or the ‘lily flower’, has been a symbol rich with symbolism and history. Its origins, though shrouded in mystery, hint at its widespread significance—from ancient civilizations like Mesopotamia and Egypt to its indelible association with French royalty.
In the heartlands of France, the fleur de lis evolved into a potent symbol of the monarchy, encapsulating purity, divinity, and an ordained connection between the crown and the cosmos. Its triad petal structure has been a muse for diverse interpretations. While some see it as a reflection of the Holy Trinity in Christianity, others perceive it as emblematic of the knightly virtues: wisdom, chivalry, and valor.
Beyond its royal and religious associations, the fleur de lis stands as a beacon in art, architecture, and heraldry. It has adorned battle standards, graced ancient manuscripts, and even echoed the changing tides of history, from eras of peace to revolutionary fervor. Its transcultural and timeless appeal makes it more than just a symbol—it’s a narrative of human civilization.
When you choose Leon’s Fleur De Lis Quartet, you’re not simply selecting a decorative piece; you’re entwining your space with tales of bygone eras, the finesse of handcrafted art, and the timeless allure of the fleur de lis. It’s not just a purchase; it’s an experience, a legacy, a journey.

How to install copper tiles for backsplash
Some set of copper tiles from our store need special procedure of installation.
My durable products are 0,2 Inches thick (0.6 mm) and very easy to install – just like regular tiles, using about 0,18″ (3 mm) grout.
Maintenance
Moreover, the maintenance is not a problem. Use 1/2 cup of liquid dishwashing detergent and 2 cups of warm water or mild soap solution. Use a soft cloth or rag, not an abrasive sponge, nor a pad. When cleaning the tile’s surface, wipe it gently, then rinse the cloth or rag with warm water. Wipe the tile’s surface until you make sure that any soap or dishwashing detergent residue is removed. Then dry the surface with a soft cloth or a rag.

Leon – A few words about me
Copper & Art is an artistic forge with a creative spirit. Through hard work combined with my passion for design and art, I have created own, unique style, which is an astonishing meld of Celtic, Rustic and Art Deco. I offer one-off, handmade wall tiles that feature a spectrum of shapes and sizes. Those pieces of art are extremely nuts-and-bolts and can be applied absolutely everywhere – in the bathroom, kitchen, living room or even in the garden. The tiles can also give an artistic expression to an office. The passage of time only makes my art pieces look more sophisticated. I adjust our projects to customers’ taste and needs, also by making personalized pieces. With many years of experience (and also lots of experimenting!) with copper, I can say that the only limit is my own imagination!
